Above all it must be clear that out of the ordinary traffic is not compensated for any of our services.
-- We accept webmasters from all countries.
-- You cannot create any incentives for surfers, such as paying them to search or click to increase your earnings.
-- All websites that install our services are subject to approval.
-- Definition of a payable search:
A search to be completed and earn a commission is define to include the surfer visiting at least one website from the search return list, the visited site does not need to be a paying advertiser.
-- Means to detect fraud may consist of traffic and condition counters and ratios that compare you to the rest of our clients.

Results may include the cancellation of service.

-- ElitistClub may decide not to do business with you for any reason whatsoever.

Special 90-day trial period rules:

-- ElitistClub may decide at its own discretion not to pay any commissions due to you.
-- Some means to detect fraud may consist of traffic and condition counters and ratios that compare you to the rest of our clients.
Results may result in the cancellation of service and the forfeiture of payments due to you.

Monetary payment

-- Payments are issued by Wire Transfer, ePassporte, Fethard or Webmoney twice a month, to all ElitistClub affiliates in good standing that follow all ElitistClub terms and conditions if the accumulated amount is $100 or greater. If earnings do not reach $100 at the time we issue the monthly payment, the earnings due to you are rolled over for the following period until the minimum payment is reached.
-- If you need other payment methods, just contact our support, I'm sure we can find anything together.
-- ElitistClub have no hold for all payments to affiliates!
-- Payments are 8st and 23th of each month.
-- You have to change payment info in more than a week before payment. If you change it just in a few days before payment, you'll get your payment only with next period payment!
-- If you want to get your money before minimum payment amount, we would pay you $10 less payment in this case!

Security

-- Mechanically-generated traffic or traffic generated purposely with the intent to gain additional exposure are grounds for forfeiture of any amount due to you and cancellation of your account.
-- We use several methods to count traffic to a website and know from experience the ratio of the number of searches or clicks compared to page exposures. Unlikely comparisons are grounds to forfeit any payments incurred and cancel services.
-- We use cookies to extensively check our traffic. Any unusual lack of cookie use by client users will be grounds for the cancellation of services.

Traffic

-- Genuine searches up to 100 per month per person are accepted.
-- Repetitive searches to the same search term are not acceptable.

Spam

-- ElitistClub does not condone the use of SPAM. Unsolicited email generated by affiliate websites naming ElitistClub as a partner is grounds for deactivation of an account.

Pop-ups and Pop-unders

-- Any affiliate who advertises using pop-unders or overs, ElitistClub will require a review of the ad that is popping up or under prior to the run of the ad.
-- The user must be brought to a page within the affiliate site. The user must then conduct no fewer than two clicks to get to the advertiser's site from the pop-up or pop-under window.
-- ElitistClub requests that affiliates place search code on their site in order to use the ElitistClub results and not the results themselves. We require this because using a pop under or over is not considered a true search due to the fact that the user did not actually choose to go to the affiliate's site, they were brought there by a medium similar to a banner ad. Also, using search text allows our advertisers to opt out of this type of advertising.
-- The pop up or under must have a close window button, either in the window with a link or in the browser in the right hand corner. This prevents the user from being forced to click within the pop up or under to remove it. -- Additional windows must not appear after the user closes this window.

Fraudulent Activity of ElitistClub Client's affiliates

-- In order to protect our advertisers, clients may (under some special circumstances) be required to provide ElitistClub a list of their affiliates generating search traffic to our advertisers.
This helps ElitistClub determine if a client's affiliate is generating fraudulent traffic. If an ElitistClub affiliate's affiliate is found to be sending fraudulent or unusual traffic to ElitistClub and its advertisers, ElitistClub will request its client ask their affiliate to remove ElitistClub from its pages. If request is not granted, ElitistClub has the right to stop sending results to client accounts or stop payment of searches and/or clicks. (ElitistClub will not specifically target or attempt to entice your affiliates to our service. It does however attempt to contact all website owners and web masters with the intent of having the organization use our services directly. This is done through traditional promotional means.)

Above all, it must be clear that out of the ordinary traffic is not compensated for any of our services.
All traffic to your pages is measured by an independent traffic measuring methodology using several thousand surfers that are followed to build a statistically significant sample to calculate a nearly exact number of visitors to your pages.

-- You must own your own unique, registered, domain name (no free web hosting sites).
-- A visitor must remain at least 20 seconds on a visited website to be counted.
-- You get paid only once if the same visitor visits the same site more than once.
-- You get paid if the same visitor visits more than one website from the same search feed.
-- If more than five visits by a visitor are generated to the same site, we will credit our advertiser and debit your account entirely for that visitor.
-- Our programs to detect fraud are not running constantly; credits and debits may be done at any time.
-- Any advertiser's refusal to pay results in a subsequent debit from the affiliate account.
-- We reserve the right to immediately stop providing the service to a client for any reason whatsoever.
-- Your traffic must be proportionally equal to the rest of our clients or your account will be immediately cancelled.
